Part of the highly regarded Action Series, this bass is defined by its incredible value, combining quality materials with advanced components. Key Features

Active 2-Band EQ

Unlike many basses in this price range, the Action V Plus is equipped with a powerful 2-Band Active EQ. Laid out in a Volume, Tone, Bass, and Treble configuration, this system allows for boost and cut functions on carefully selected frequencies. This gives you a firm, focused low-end and a smooth, usable boost, significantly widening the tonal range of the instrument.

Cort® Powersound JJ Pickup Set

At the heart of the bass is a pair of Cort® Powersound J-type pickups. This classic “JJ” configuration is an industry standard for a reason. Combined with the onboard electronics, these pickups deliver a wide range of sounds—from warm and round to punchy and articulate. Whether you are holding down the groove or taking a solo, the sound is always clear.

Modern Playability

The Action V Plus is built for comfort. It features a lightweight Poplar body and a Hard Maple neck. The Jatoba fingerboard features a flatter 15.75″ (400mm) radius and 24 frets, which is ideal for modern playing styles and makes navigating the wider 5-string neck effortless.

Die-Cast Tuners and EB6(5) Bridge

Reliability is key for any musician. The precision-manufactured die-cast tuners ensure tuning stability, while the EB6(5) bridge provides solid sustain and accurate intonation for the low B string.
