Five pickup combinations from a two-humbucker guitar

What does the five-way switch do?
Cort’s wiring offers full humbucker settings and two coil combinations. These give you useful starting points for contrasting rhythm and lead parts without adding extra switches. The manufacturer’s diagram numbers the settings from the neck end:

Neck feel and hardware
