ESP Eclipse-inspired style
The ESP LTD EC-200DX Blue Burst brings the recognizable single-cut Eclipse body shape to an accessible instrument with a distinctive blue flamed-maple look. A poplar body and decorative flamed maple veneer make the guitar visually striking, while its fixed bridge and dual-humbucker electronics suit players who prefer conventional tuning and maintenance.
Roasted maple neck and two-octave range
A bolt-on roasted maple neck features a Thin U profile, rosewood fingerboard and 24 extra-jumbo frets. The approximately 24.75-inch scale feels a little shorter than some standard electric guitars, which can make bending more comfortable with the same string gauge. The single-cutaway shape gives the guitar a classic appearance with useful upper-position access.
Humbuckers and coil-split options
ESP-designed LH-150 humbuckers occupy the neck and bridge positions. A three-way selector chooses either pickup or their combined sound, while the push/pull tone control provides a coil-split option for brighter textures. That allows a useful range from articulate clean passages to thicker driven rhythm and lead sounds, depending on your amplifier.
Fixed bridge and buying guidance
The Tune-o-Matic-style bridge and tailpiece avoid the setup complexity of a floating tremolo. Black hardware complements the Blue Burst finish, and the neck design suits guitarists who want agile lead technique. This guitar is not listed with a case as standard by major retailers; confirm the current Barbad bundle if protection is needed. Barbad Musical Instruments can assist with setup and UAE delivery.
