The Ibanez GRG131DX-BKF brings a bold Black Flat finish and red sharktooth fingerboard inlays to a practical RG-series electric guitar. Its straightforward dual-humbucker design makes sense for players exploring rock, metal and expressive electric-guitar technique.
Construction and playing comfort
A poplar body and maple neck keep the construction familiar, while the bound purpleheart fingerboard has 24 medium frets. The two-octave range is useful for players working on more adventurous solos and higher-position phrases.
Pickups and musical versatility
Two Infinity R humbuckers provide a clear, assertive electric sound. A five-way selector broadens the combinations, and the F106 fixed bridge makes string height adjustment relatively direct without a floating tremolo system.
Finish and choosing the right setup
The contrasting red inlays and dark hardware give this GRG model a recognisable look on stage. Consider your preferred string setup and amplifier when choosing a guitar. Barbad can help with specification questions and UAE delivery.
