The Korg padKONTROL is a MIDI studio controller built around 16 velocity-sensitive illuminated trigger pads, an X-Y touchpad and two assignable knobs. Unlike a piano keyboard, it is intended for finger drumming and sending MIDI control information to connected gear or software.
The padKONTROL provides USB MIDI, traditional MIDI IN/OUT ports, an assignable pedal connection and 16 user scene memories. It can operate using USB bus power or an optional DC adapter. This is a legacy/discontinued Korg product; confirm software and operating-system compatibility with your setup.
