Ultra-Light Hollow Body Design

The Multiac Mundial is distinguished by its material selection, chosen specifically to create an ultra-light instrument.3 It features a Hollowed Silver Leaf Maple body paired with a Solid Cedar top.4 Unlike many other Multiacs, this model utilizes a Spanish Cedar neck, which further reduces weight while maintaining stability.5 This design allows the guitar to “breathe” and resonate naturally, making it an ideal choice for travelers and gigging musicians who play long sets.

Godin Double Source Custom Preamp

Achieving a natural nylon sound at high volumes has never been easier. The Mundial is equipped with the Godin Double Source Custom System (the same celebrated system found on the Encore models).6 This allows you to blend two distinct sound sources:

1. Undersaddle Bridge Pickup: For immediate attack and definition.

2. Body Sensors: To capture the acoustic resonance and percussive qualities of the top.The result is a versatile, natural amplified tone that is resistant to feedback, even in loud band settings.

Modern Playability

While it respects tradition with a 1.9″ (48.26 mm) nut width—familiar to classical players—the Mundial offers a modern feel with a 16″ radius Rosewood fingerboard. The clean, uncluttered aesthetic removes the MIDI synth access found on other Multiacs, focusing entirely on providing the purest nylon string experience possible.
