Ernst Krause KC121 Polished White Upright Piano

The Ernst Krause KC121 Polished White Upright Piano combines a full acoustic piano playing experience with a distinctive polished white cabinet. Its traditional upright format keeps the instrument practical for home playing, lessons and music rooms.

Acoustic design and room fit

The KC121’s traditional upright design keeps strings and action in a vertical cabinet, making it suitable for a living room, lesson space or teaching studio where a horizontal grand would take too much space. Its 121 cm height offers more internal string length and soundboard area than many small compact uprights, while maintaining a practical footprint.

Keyboard, touch and musical expression

The 88-key acoustic keyboard supports expressive changes in touch and dynamics, whether the player is studying scales, working through classical repertoire or accompanying a singer. A spruce soundboard and conventional acoustic action provide a direct connection between the fingers, hammers and strings. The particular character of an acoustic piano depends on tuning, voicing, regulation and the acoustics of the room.

Polished White cabinet and appearance

The polished white cabinet creates a bright, architectural appearance that works well with light-coloured interiors, modern furniture and uncluttered music rooms. This finish can be particularly attractive when the piano forms part of a visible living area rather than a separate rehearsal room.

Gloss white surfaces show dust and fingerprints, so use a soft, piano-safe cloth instead of abrasive household cleaners. Avoid direct sunlight that could affect both the cabinet finish and the instrument’s long-term stability.

Delivery, tuning and long-term care

Place the piano away from direct heat, harsh sunlight and significant humidity swings. A professional delivery team should assess stairs, access points and floor protection. Arrange tuning after the piano has had time to settle into its new environment, and discuss regulation or voicing with a qualified piano technician as required.

Barbad’s listing specifies a piano bench. Please confirm the exact bench and accessories, as well as transport access and preparation details, before ordering. Our team can help discuss piano tuning and instrument care in the UAE.
