Ibanez PC12MH-OPN Acoustic Guitar

Warm tone, organic looks, and effortless playability.

The Ibanez PC12MH-OPN brings a rustic, “all-mahogany” style aesthetic to the acoustic world. Ibanez designed this Grand Concert guitar with a focus on rich tone and comfort. It features a stunning Open Pore Natural finish. Consequently, the wood resonates freely without heavy lacquer. This instrument suits blues players, fingerpickers, and strumming enthusiasts alike.

Key Features

Rich Okoume Tonewoods The guitar produces a distinctly warm sound. This character comes from the Okoume top, back, and sides. This wood delivers a full, woody tone when you play softly. However, it also offers punchy high-mids and clear projection when you strum hard. Additionally, the Nyatoh neck enriches the mid-low end frequencies.

Comfortable Grand Concert Body Ibanez built this model with a Grand Concert body shape. It feels smaller and more focused than a traditional dreadnought. Therefore, it sits comfortably in your lap. The Laurel bridge transfers string vibration directly to the body. This efficient transfer ensures a natural tone. Furthermore, the Laurel fretboard feels smooth under your fingers.

Ibanez Advantage™ Bridge Pins String changes often frustrate guitarists. Therefore, Ibanez included Advantage™ bridge pins. These pins feature a special bulb-shaped end. You can grip them easily. Moreover, this design prevents the pin from pushing in too far. Thus, the pin and string stay put reliably.
